Reservations & Deposits

Advanced reservations are preferred. For a reservation to be confirmed, a credit card number is required or a deposit of full room rate in advance. Stays including two or more rooms for two or more nights must pay by check, cash, or money order in advance. Reservations are taken by telephone only.

Cancellations & Refunds

7 days for one room, 14 days for 2 or more rooms on special events weekends. Deposits are fully refundable when a cancellation meets these requirements. If a cancellation is received on a short notice; your deposit may either be applied to a future reservation, or refunded in the event your room is re-booked.

Train Collector

Arrival & Departure Times

Since we try to accommodate our guest, this can be arranged upon making your reservations.

Special Interest

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a non-smoking B&B. If you feel the desire to smoke, you may use the back porch.

Pets are not permitted

Children over the age of 9 are welcome to stay.

Rates do not include taxes.

We offer off street parking in the rear of our establishment, This area is off our private road and is traffic free. We also have a barn for the traveler who needs to shelter their vehicle.

Discounts

Applies to a reservation for all four rooms for one or more nights.

Business travelers with extended stay needs.
